Daniel Lavipour

Daniel Lavipour, MPhil, BSc (hons), is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and athletics coach.

 

He has 20 years experience working in professional  and amateur sport; as well as with clients from a range of non-athlete backgrounds including actors, busy professionals and complete beginners.

Professional and Olympic Sport

Daniel has prepared athletes for 4 Olympic Games, 3 Commonwealth Games and Multiple World Championships; including coaching multiple world and Olympic Champions.

​

He has worked across multiple sports for the British Olympic Association, the English Institute of Sport, and the New Zealand Olympic team. These include track and field, distance running, sprint kayak, triathlon, rowing, sailing and swimming. He has also worked in professional mixed martial arts, 

 

Daniel has also worked extensively in multiple team sports including with the England Men's and Women's Football Teams and in elite netball with the New Zealand Silver Ferns, The Northern Mystics and London Pulse. 

 

Daniel also holds significant experience in rehabilitating injuries where he was the national lead rehabilitation coach for Team GB.​

​

Daniel has also worked with youth athletes embedding the fundamental physical capabilities needed to bridge the gap to senior international careers in sport.
