What Makes Great Training?
First and foremost, training needs to be individualised.
We are all unique. We have different strengths, different goals, training backgrounds, injuries, technical abilities... the list goes on. For the best results your training needs to be built around you and every factor that makes you who you are.

Critically great training accounts for your skill level and ability to handle the work. This is the biggest problem with group training where everyone is working on the same thing with few if any individual modifications; This often results in burn-out, injury and a failure to progress.

An individualised approach solves this problem. You will benefit from Daniel's 20+ years experience working with athletes and personal training clients to find the best training plan for you as an individual.

Some people have very specific goals. For example looking, feeling or performing in a certain way. For others the goal is simply to get started and build up a routine. Both are great starting points.

For those with clear goals, we will work backwards from the end point and build a plan that delivers you success from where you are now.

For those who just want to get started. We will put together a plan that builds consistency and and fitness from the ground up. Along the way exciting new goals will emerge as you start to understand the new things you are capable of achieving.
